Siskiyou Summit Defense offers pistol training for all genders, focusing on the fundamentals of gun handling and safety. Our experienced instructors provide personalized instruction to help you build confidence and skills in a supportive environment. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your technique, Siskiyou Summit Defense is committed to helping you achieve your goals in a safe and educational setting. Note: This class does meet the requirements for Oregon Concealed Handgun License. Class is a 4-hour class taught all at the range Required Equipment - Suitable Holster (outside the waistband or inside the waistband) - Pistol - Correct caliber ammunition (200 Rounds minimum) - Ear protection - Eye protection By enrolling in or attending this training, you affirm that: You are not prohibited from possessing, receiving, or using firearms or ammunition under federal law (18 U.S.C. § 922(g)), state law, or local ordinance. You have not been convicted of a felony or certain misdemeanor crimes of domestic violence. You are not subject to a restraining order or court order prohibiting firearm possession. You are not a fugitive from justice, unlawful user of controlled substances, adjudicated as mentally defective, or committed to a mental institution. If you are a prohibited person, you may not participate in this training. Providing false information may result in immediate removal from the course and potential legal action
